The Pre-Licensing Class is a 40 hour class comprised of a 20 hour live session over a weekend and a 20 hour correspondance portion.

General Course Outline

The general portion of the Alaska Real Estate examination is made up of 80 scored questions. Approximately 10% of the scored questions on the general portion will involve mathematical computation. Our instructors make sure you know the formulas needed! The sales examination contains 5 pretest questions that are not counted towards the score. These questions are used to gather statistics on performance and to help assess the appropriateness of the questions for use in further examinations. Since pretest questions look exactly like scored questions, you should be able to answer all questions on the examination. The Northern Trust Alaska Pre-Licensing Class prepares you for the test by covering the following topics.
