Our New Licensee course includes classroom and real life training. You will learn how to effectively preview a property or make the most of an open house. Understand marketing statistics and trends and how to apply them to your business. Explore the specialized New Construction Market and the information you need to market, show and close the deal. This course is designed to help YOUR real estate business succeed.

New Licensee Training Outline
Week 1 -- Introduction to Real Estate
Week 2 -- Your Business
Week 3 -- Market Trends
Week 4 -- Buyers & Sellers
Week 5 -- New Construction
Week 6 -- Business Planning
Attendance Policy
Class size is limited. Registration must be completed to secure class availability. Tuition must be paid at the time of registration by Visa or Mastercard online or by check or cash at Northern Trust Real Estate. There is a $25.00 NSF fee assessed for any checks returned for non-payment.
To cancel, a student must notify Northern Trust Academy 24 hours prior to the start of the class. If a refund is requested, a $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged. The refund will be made to the student within 15 days of the request.
Students may reschedule to a different date within 6 months of the date of the enrolled class. If the student does not complete the class within 6 months, the tuition is forfeited to Northern Trust Academy.
